Originally from Argentina and a naturalized South African since 1976, he has built a career spanning over 25 years in the corporate sector, including 15 years at the executive and shareholder level.

Holding a Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering, a Diploma in Business Management, and accreditation as a business consultant, Abel has played a pivotal role in the South African engineering industry. His expertise encompasses industrial automation, software engineering, and strategic project management.

Since 2004, Abel has dedicated himself to mentoring SME business owners, guiding them on growth, operations, and sustainability. In 2015, he expanded into business brokering, assisting entrepreneurs in acquisitions and transitions. His notable achievements include launching a successful industrial IT start-up in the 1990s and contributing as a consultant and project manager during the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
