KwaMaphumulo eMthandeni local Sphesihle Mthethwa completed his Bachelor of Education Degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2019. After being frustrated by years of unemployment, he decided to bake, and sell, muffins at local schools and in the wider community. Trading went well and the savings from his business venture allowed him to open a fast-food outlet, Why Not Café, that serves grilled, fried, and other food (including the original muffins) throughout the day.
