Siyabonga Mthembu is an entrepreneur, management consultant, and breakup coach with a strong passion for business and community development. The BCom Economics and Management graduate from UKZN has initiated and led various ventures – from NPOs such as the Sisonke Foundation to small enterprises – all with a focus on empowerment and social impact.

Through The Bliss, a township-based salon offering professional barbering and African hair braiding, he blends entrepreneurship, empowerment (among others through training, mentorship, and coaching), and innovation to create opportunities, inspire local talent, and uplift communities.
