Naked Bones was launched by PJ in March, 2015. After many years of cooking his special recipe of Peri-Peri chicken at home, PJ set out to take the brand to market, and give the consumer a fresh and healthy alternative to the current food offerings at events.  When you eat the Davies family chicken, there is nothing but bones left.

Naked Bones offers Zingy chicken served up fresh and fast from a unique food truck. The chicken is free range with fresh natural herbs used as ingredients.

The company has subsequently been sold.
