Mhlengi Ngcobo is an experienced farmer and founder of Boyane Agri Farm, an agribusiness specializing in the production of high-quality peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Born and raised in the underprivileged Madundube, Mhlengi’s passion for farming was nurtured by his grandparents who taught him the value of hard work and community service through agriculture.

Boyane Agri Farm supplies fresh produce to secured markets, including Boxer outlets, and currently employs 10 permanent staff and 15 seasonal workers. The farm also supports over 20 agricultural interns with practical training opportunities, contributing to local skills development.

With plans to expand into crop processing, sorting, and packing, Mhlengi’s vision is to grow Boyane Agri Farm into a leading player in sustainable agriculture – creating jobs, empowering communities, and feeding the nation.
