Uluthando Agricultural Project, trading as The Mushroom Queen, is a registered SMME founded in 2022 by the then unemployed Sithembile Ndlovu in Mdlebeni, KwaDukuza.

Specializing in the cultivation of fresh oyster mushrooms, The Mushroom Queen supplies local retailers. In addition to farming, the project offers mushroom spawn and mycelium, alongside training for aspiring mushroom farmers.
